Enroll in pilates at the NYC, for all levels, open to male and female members.
Following the success of the last pilates classes we have a new Pilates instructor, Eva who will be starting a course of 6 weeks on Monday evenings for NYC members, starting on Monday 22nd January at 8pm
The class is 1 hour long, numbers limited to 10.
Costs = €60pp
Eva is a Chartered Physiotherapist and the classes will have many benefits, for example:
*Strengthen your core
*Improve flexibility
*Improve sports performance
*Prevent injury
Please bring your own mat, all other equipment will be provided.
