Please note that we have amended our cancellation & refund policy for Summer Courses 2024. If you book a course and must cancel your booking, the following charges will apply:

• if you cancel within 4 weeks of booking closing (cancel before 22 May 2024), you will receive a full refund, minus a €15 admin fee 
• if you cancel later than 4 weeks before the start of your course, you will receive a 75% refund, minus a €15 admin fee
• if you cancel later than 2 weeks before the start of your course, there will be no refund unless your place on course can be filled by someone on the waiting list. In this case you will receive a 75% refund, minus a €15 admin
• There will be no refunds for no-shows on the day or days not attended.

Applications for summer courses will be accepted only from members in good standing, with all debts (including membership subscription) paid up to date at the time of application. Bookings made by members who have not paid subscriptions for 2024 will be cancelled.
