The National Yacht Club’s Head Chef, Andrew Lawlor has over 20 years experience. Focusing on high standards of taste and quality. In his time working in the kitchens, he has learnt to keep pace with food trends as well as customer demands. He prides himself as a leader from the front and never shy’s away from responsibility in the kitchen. He brings a vast experience with him as well as a passion for flavour & precision.

Thomas Chaix
Head Coach
Thomas Chaix, is a high performance international sailor and dinghy coach and has competed in small yachts at various events over the years. He has also completed in a number of passage in the Caribbean, around the Irish coast, Channel and Celtic seas including short and single handed. Thomas can be contacted at headcoach@nyc.ie
