Pilates classes continue on Wednesday evenings in the NYC and they have proved to be very popular. A limited number of places have become available for the 2nd block, which starts this week. Here are the details:
Term 2 – 5 week block
Dates/time: Classes will run on Wednesdays, 7-8 pm
Term 2 dates:
Mar 1st – 29th 2023 inclusive
Cost: €75 for this 5 week block
Equipment: Participants will need to bring their own mat & resistance Bands (long & loop). I have resistance bands for sale @ €5 each
Class Level: The class is mixed ability, but assumes a reasonable level of fitness. I am more than happy to work with clients over the course of the 5 weeks to allow them to use modifications, if needed, for minor injuries/limitations.
PAR-Q: You will need to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) before attending your first class. This is found on my website. https://www.rbpt.ie/par-q

Rachel works as a Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and Nutritionist in the local area. She specialises in working with clients in many sporting disciplines and is herself a keen cyclist, who loves to lift a bit of weight! Her classes are choreographed to the needs of those in the room, so will be designed for a sailor’s needs – including core, balance work and everything you need to stay sailing fit!
