Dates/time: Classes will run on Wednesdays, 7-8 pm, in 6 weeks blocks.
The first block will start on Wednesday 11th January.
Dates of Classes: January 11; 18; 25, February 1; 8 & 15th.
Size: Max 16
Cost: €90 for the 6 week block (i.e €15/class – part blocks will not be sold)
Booking: A link for booking will be sent to all interested parties, which will work on a 1st come 1st served basis. Please email me on email@example.com and I will respond with the booking link.
Equipment: Participants will need to bring their own mat, resistance Bands (long & loop) and a Pilates Ball. You may well have all or some of these items at home, but if not please email me in advance of attending the first class, so that I ensure that I have the appropriate numbers of each item on the night.
Equipment costs: Ball = €10
Set of 2 = Bands (1 x long/1 x loop) = €10
Payment for equipment can be made on the 1st night with cash or revolute.
Class Level: The class will be mixed ability, but will assume a reasonable level of fitness. I am more than happy to work with clients over the course of the 6 weeks to allow them to use modifications, if needed, for minor injuries/limitations.
Rachel works as a Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and Nutritionist in the local area. She specialises in working with clients in many sporting disciplines and is herself a keen cyclist, who loves to lift a bit of weight! Her classes are choreographed to the needs of those in the room, so will be designed for a sailor’s needs – including core, balance work and everything you need to stay sailing fit!
