Equipment: Participants will need to bring their own mat, resistance Bands (long & loop) and a Pilates Ball (optional). Available to buy.
Equipment costs: Ball = €10 (Optional)
Set of 2 = Bands (1 x long/1 x loop) = €10
Payment for equipment can be made on the 1st night with cash or Revolut.
Class Level: The class will be mixed ability, but will assume a reasonable level of fitness. I am more than happy to work with clients over the course of the 6 weeks to allow them to use modifications, if needed, for minor injuries/limitations.
Rachel works as a Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and Nutritionist in the local area. She specialises in working with clients in many sporting disciplines and is herself a keen cyclist, who loves to lift a bit of weight! Her classes are choreographed to the needs of those in the room, so will be designed for a sailor’s needs – including core, balance work and everything you need to stay sailing fit!
