In order to progress the skills of our racing sailors during the winter months, the NYC is planning to set a coaching development programme in the early phases of the Autumn.
It will be open to qualified instructors and experienced Performance sailors in the classes we sail in the club. It will include classroom workshops. Shorebased technical development and shadowing experienced coaches in training and at events.
The aim is to grow a team of coaches able to lead or support the various club programmes.
The intention is to start on the following dates
6pm on august 30th
6pm on august 31st
6pm on sept 1st
Multi class training on 2-3 sept
