The National Yacht Club will be providing coaching for Optimist Sailors for Sunday afternoons.
– 3 sundays in November : 13th, 20th and 27th.
– from 1PM to 4PM
We will then make a break in December and January and offer new clinics when the weather will be warmer.
Please read the descriptions carefully to ensure you book in for the right level.
1) Minors
This course is for sailors who have completed the NYC Nippers/equivalent previously, but have NOT yet passed their Level 1/Start Sailing + is comfortable, willing to be able to be sailing their own boat on their own + has access to their own boat (charter boat available).
The cost for this course is Euro 75.00 per child
2) Start Sailing
This course is for sailors who have completed the NYC Nippers/equivalent previously, but have just passed their Level 1/Start Sailing + is comfortable, willing and able to sailing their own boat on their own + has access to their own boat (charter boat also available). Aim is to get back on the water, get more confidence and get to know more.
The cost for this course is Euro 75.00 per child
3) Basic skills
This course is for sailors who have completed their Level 1/Start Sailing qualification and has already started level 2 (Basic Skills) this summer. + has access to their own boat (charter boat available).
