The 2023 Tuesday Night AIB DBSC Women on the Water Series
DBSC are delighted to announce the introduction of a new series supporting the push to increase female participation in our sport: The 2023 Tuesday Night AIB DBSC Women on the Water Series.
DBSC will run normal Tuesday night racing but with an added difference!
In addition to competing in the normal Tuesday Evening series boats helmed by a female and with a minimum female compliment of 50% (we'd love to see 100%) can enter the Women on the Water series at no additional charge.

The National Yacht Club is delighted to host the 2023 edition of the Leinster Schools Team Racing Championship on Sunday 12th March!

Team racing introductory lecture and practice day
Programme details
18 Feb at 16.30 in JB room: introduction to team racing talk (90 mins)
26 Feb 10.00: practicing the skills afloat on the club fireflies followed by an debrief analysing some of the situations encountered.
The talk is open to all club members with an interest in club team racing development
The weekend afloat is restricted to U18 sailors and to instructors
Talk only: Free
On the water practice day: 30EUR/participant (Register Here)
12 participants minimum for the weekend (= two full teams) with a maximum of 18 participants!
Sailors planning to compete at the Schools Team Racing event March 12th are encouraged to take part.

ICRA National Conference & AGM – Saturday 4th March 2023 in RSGYC
The conference will start in the morning at 10:00am, followed by the AGM and will close at 13:00.
As well as main speakers, the event will include the sailors forum (where you have your chance to discuss and debate the big issues in our sport), updates from the major events planned in the year, an update of ICRA activities, and will be followed by the AGM.
The full agenda will be sent out and updated on the ICRA website later in the month.
