watch as Susan Spain, Barry O’Sullivan and Mark Doyle go head to head to create an amazing three course meal. They have chosen their menu and with a little help from our fantastic head chef Cormac Healy they will hopefully produce a fantastic meal that wins them the title of Master Marinator!!!
