NYC Optimist Spring Training and Event Coaching Programmes
The NYC is staging an exciting and intensive programme of training and event coaching for Optimists starting on Sunday 28th January and ending on 7th April in RCYC comprising:
- NYC Performance return to training clinic 27-28 January
- UK springs, 16-17 March
- Easter clinic (3.5 days)
- Youth nationals (4th to 7th April - RCYC) - Event support incl one prep day onsite.

Topper and ILCA Spring Training and Event Coaching Programmes
The NYC is staging an exciting and intensive programme of training and event coaching for Toppers and ILCAs starting on Sunday 28th January and ending on 7th April in RCYC comprising:
- Club training (8 sessions scheduled)
- Topper Winters (East Antrim) on 16-17 March
- Easter clinic (3.5 days)
- Youth nationals (4th to 7th April - RCYC) - Event support incl one prep day onsite.

29er Spring Training and Event Coaching Programme & Registration Forms
The NYC is staging an exciting and intensive programme of training and event coaching for 29ers starting on Sunday 28th January and ending on 31st March comprising:
- Club Training (8 sessions scheduled)
- February mid term clinic & tryout days, 12-15 Feb
- UK winters, Draycote - 2-3 March
- Easter Clinic - 29-31 March

Instructors Wanted for Summer 2024 – DEADLINE TO APPLY 31ST JANUARY MIDNIGHT
The National Yacht Club is currently seeking to recruit a team of committed sailing instructors and coaches for our summer courses 2024.
Our Instructors are of the highest quality in terms of professionalism, attitude, technical ability and passion for sailing. Instructors will be responsible for the development of the club's youngest members, a role that is taken extremely seriously by the club.
All instructors must have current and valid instructorship qualifications for the position to which they are applying and be available for interview early in the new year.
We plan to run course over the following weeks:
- Course 1: Tues 4th June â Fri 14th June
- Course 2: Mon 17th June â Fri 28th June
- Course 3: Mon 1st July â Friday 12st July
- Course 4: Mon 15th July â 26th July
- Course 5: Tue 29th July â Fri 9th August
