What do The Corner Boys and The Salopettes have in common? They have both come second to Wizard twice this season! Whether the comparison is to Manchester City, or Willie Mullins, or Ronnie OâSullivan, it is clear that team Wizard have the quiz edge over the rest of the field. So far!
On Wednesday night, 7 February, Wizard won the 7th instalment of the NYC quiz series 2023/24, chalking up their 4th success of season with a deserved win over The Corner Boys by a single point. Tsuquizmi shone in 3rd with T.B.M. continuing their consistent run by finishing 4th. Wizard have now moved to the overall lead with 4 quizzes remaining.
The Quizmaster has been asked to search for Wizardâs kryptonite âa reflection of the fact that the team must have superpowers. Has anyone got Lex Luthorâs phone number?
The quiz will resume on Wednesday, the 21st February, at 8.00pm sharp. See you all there.
