Please use the Club slipway with caution! It was unfortunately quite badly damaged last weekend and some surface concrete was washed away leaving a significant groove constituting a tripping hazard on the left-hand half of the slipway side (as you launch a boat). This is only visible at certain levels of the tide as illustrated with the pictures below but the joint in the middle of the slipway and visible all the time also marks the limit of the broken part…so please use only the Eastern side of the slipway!
The slip should be repaired on December 12th (for tides), weather depending.
