40,000 nautical miles. Five oceans. One extraordinary adventure.

Join us at the National Yacht Club for a special evening with Brian Uniacke, First Mate aboard Team Tongyeong in the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race, hosted by fellow Clipper Race adventurer Damien Payne of Team Power of Seattle.

From challenging ocean crossings and unpredictable weather to life at sea, leading a crew and the unforgettable moments of sailing around the world, Brian will share first-hand stories from one of sailing’s greatest endurance challenges.

Hosted by Damien, the evening begins with dinner, followed by an engaging conversation with Brian and a Q&A session, giving you the opportunity to hear the stories behind the adventure and put your own questions to him.

Whether you’re a passionate sailor, an ocean-racing enthusiast or simply curious about what it takes to sail around the world, this promises to be a fascinating evening of adventure, insight and inspiration.

Dinner, stories from the high seas and a chance to hear from two sailors who know what it takes to go the distance.
