Cruising Club Supper
Don't forget our Cruising Club supper this week. . . . . Thursday 1st @ 18.30pm
RS Aero & ILCA AdultTraining spring 2024 series
Adult Single handed training will return on February 3rd and run over 8 weekends until lift in on the following saturday mornings.
Feb 3, Feb 10, Feb 17, Mar 2, Mar 9, Mar 16, Mar 30, Apr 6.
The sessions starts at 9.30 and debrief is expected to be completed by 13.00.
Your coaching team will be led by head coach Thomas Chaix and be composed by former and active ILCA sailors. The series is open to all RS Aero and ILCA sailors wishing to progress their skills with the view to take part in club racing, Frosbites and Open events.
The NYC is hosting two open events in 2024: The ILCA Nationals (August) and the Rs Aero Easterns (October)

NYC Optimist Spring Training and Event Coaching Programmes
The NYC is staging an exciting and intensive programme of training and event coaching for Optimists starting on Sunday 28th January and ending on 7th April in RCYC comprising:
- NYC Performance return to training clinic 27-28 January
- UK springs, 16-17 March
- Easter clinic (3.5 days)
- Youth nationals (4th to 7th April - RCYC) - Event support incl one prep day onsite.

NYC Sailing Awards 2023 & Presentation Dinner (Saturday 24th February 2024)
The National Yacht Club has awarded fifteen annual awards for outstanding sailing achievements by members of the Club as well as the Commodore's Cup, left at the discretion of the Commodore.
These awards are presented to the winners at our annual Sailing Awards Dinner on Saturday 24th February 2024.
This promises to be one of the highlights of the year so please book early to avoid disappointment.
