We’re delighted to announce that Wednesday, 29th October marks the much-anticipated return of our popular Wine Suppers.

On the night, we’ll be joined by guest speaker Liam Campbell, who will share his insights and expertise to make the evening truly special.

Liam Campbell has nearly 30 years of experience  leading wine tastings, backed by a WSET Diploma in Wine & Spirits and a  Diploma in Craft Beer & Cider.

Certified as an Educator by WSET and the Cava Academy, he delivers engaging and insightful sessions to enhance appreciation of wine and drinks.
A distinguished wine writer for over 24 years, Liam is a member of the Circle  of Wine Writers and currently serves as Wine & Drinks Editor for Hotel  and Restaurant Times. He has previously contributed to TheTaste.ie,  the Irish Independent, The Dubliner, and Easy  Food Magazine.

Liam has been a tasting judge at international wine and spirits competitions  for over a decade, including Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, the International  Taste Institute (Brussels), Michelangelo (South Africa), and Bacchus (Madrid).
