Club Training (8 sessions scheduled)
Club regular training will resume on Sundays with a start at 12.30 and expected finish around 16.30. As per the Autumn programme, coach discretion may be used with sailors agreement to adjust the times to match be forecast on the day (providing club resources allow).

February mid term clinic & tryout days, 12-15 Feb
The clinic will be led by NYC head coach Thomas Chaix and will start on the 12th at 12.00 and finish at 16.00. The other 3 days will be tailored to the forecast with the aim of a daily 5 hours of coach time.

The clinic will facilitate tryouts on the club 29er weather depending. Sailors can sign up for up to 2 tryout days over the course of the clinic. There is a maximum of 4 sailors per tryout day in order to avoid long waiting times on the RIB as sailors will rotate on the club boat.
50/sailor/day – charter of club boat included (club trapeze harnesses available).

Easter Clinic – 29-31 March
The Easter clinic will focus on the preparation of the youth nationals and will be led by NYC head coach Thomas Chaix. The clinic will start on the 29th at 12.00.
The other day schedule will be weather depending. Each day will aim at providing 5 hours of coach time.

UK winters, Draycote – 2-3 March
(3 boats minimum / 5 boats maximum)
The UK winters is yet another good event to test progress in a larger fleet environment. Head coach Thomas Chaix will drive the boats to the UK and back and deliver light support onsite (no coaches allowed afloat). The NYC charge includes Ferry to transport boats, coach time, coach expenses incl van fuel.
Sailors will cover directly their flights to Birmingham and back, taxis to venue/hotel, entry fees, subsistence
Junior (U16) sailors taking part at their first event will need an adult travelling (which may allow a car/minibus rental over taxis)
