The programme will run over 3 Sundays (start at 10.00 and finish at 16.00 each Sunday)

(please note the NYC is hosting the Irish Sailing squad over the weekend of the 7-8 Dec: NYC sailors who are not members of the squad and wishing to train that weekend must get in touch with headcoach@nyc.ie to set up a suitable training session – cost not included below)
Cost: €150/sailor
Club boats available to charter at €50 for the 3 sessions
